  • 8 oz Penne Pasta Feel free to swap with your favorite short pasta like fusilli or rigatoni.
  • 1 cup Alfredo Sauce Homemade Alfredo sauce enhances the flavor.

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef Provides classic cheeseburger flavor; ground turkey can be a leaner option.
  • 4 oz Bacon Consider turkey bacon as a lower fat alternative.
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Opt for mozzarella for a different twist.
  • 1/2 cup Pickles Essential for a true cheeseburger experience!
  • 1/2 cup Onions Sauté them for a softer bite.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and let it drain on paper towels.
  • In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the sautéed onions and cook for about 2 minutes until they are soft.

Combining Ingredients

  • Stir in the Alfredo sauce and cooked pasta. Mix until the pasta is well coated.
  • Add the cheddar cheese and stir until it is melted and evenly distributed.
  • Chop the cooked bacon and mix it into the pasta. Add pickles and mix gently.
  • Cook for another few minutes until heated through.

Serving

  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Make your own Alfredo sauce for a fresher taste. Adjust the amount of cheese based on your preference. For added flavor, sprinkle some garlic powder or Italian seasoning into the sauce. You can also top it with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color.
