Ingredients
  

Beef Mixture

  • 1 pound ground beef Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Base and Toppings

  • 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa You can use pre-cooked rice or quinoa for a quicker meal.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers Feel free to swap vegetables based on your preferences.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice.
  • ½ cup pickles, sliced
  • to taste Your favorite burger condiments Ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc.

Preparation

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat. Stir and break it apart until it is browned and cooked through.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix well.

Assembly

  • In serving bowls, layer the cooked rice or quinoa at the bottom.
  • Next, top with the cooked ground beef.
  • Add cherry tomatoes, shredded lettuce, diced cucumbers, shredded cheese, and pickles on top of the beef.
  • Drizzle your favorite condiments over the bowls.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious loaded burger bowls!

Notes

Serve warm right after assembling. Provide extra toppings and condiments on the side for customization. Crispy fries or a fresh salad pairs well with this dish. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
