  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup Mint M&Ms
  • 1 cup Lucky Charms
  • 4 tablespoons butter Unsalted butter recommended.

  • Pop the popcorn according to package instructions. Ideally, use an air popper for the fluffiest kernels.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter and marshmallows together over medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture is smooth and bubbly at the edges, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Pour the melted mixture over the popped popcorn and use a spatula to stir and coat every kernel evenly.
  • Add Mint M&Ms and Lucky Charms, mixing well until the colorful candies are evenly distributed throughout the popcorn.
  • Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let it cool completely at room temperature, around 30 minutes.
  • Break into pieces and enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container.
