Preparation

  • Preheat the oven and bake the tater tots according to package instructions until crispy.
  • Once cooked, arrange the tater tots on a serving platter.

Assembly

  • Sprinkle cheese and bacon bits over the hot tater tots.
  • Return to the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and drizzle sour cream on top.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes
