Seasoning

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.

Cooking the Vegetables

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onions and bell peppers; cook for about 5-6 minutes until they start to soften.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Cooking the Beef

  • Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for 7-8 minutes until browned.
  • Drain excess fat if necessary.

Enhancing Flavor

  • Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and then fold in the cream cheese until completely melted and creamy.

Assembling Casserole

  • Transfer the mixture to the baking dish, spread it evenly, then layer with provolone cheese followed by shredded mozzarella.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 22-25 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
