  • 1 medium Red capsicum pepper Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 small Red onion Chop finely for better distribution.
  • 1 medium Cucumber Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 handful fresh Coriander/cilantro Chopped or whole for garnish.

Dressing and Seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon Juice of Lime Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • to taste Salt Adjust according to preference.
  • to taste Red chili flakes Optional for a spicy kick.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For drizzling.

Preparation

  • Dice the mango and avocado into small cubes, ensuring they are ripe but not overly soft.
  • Chop the red capsicum, red onions, and cucumber into bite-sized pieces.

Mixing

  • In a large bowl, combine the diced mango, avocado, chopped red capsicum, onions, cucumber, and fresh coriander/cilantro. Mix gently.
  • Squeeze the lime juice over the salad and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Add salt and red chili flakes to taste, then toss gently.

Serving

  • Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.

Notes

Best enjoyed chilled or at room temperature. Can be garnished with extra cilantro or chili flakes. Pairs with grilled chicken or fish.
