  • 1 cucumber, sliced Use a fresh cucumber.
  • 1 avocado, diced To avoid browning, squeeze lime juice over the diced avocado.
  • 1 cup blueberries Fresh or frozen blueberries can be used.
  • 1 Juice of 1 lime For a zesty flavor.
  • to taste Salt Season according to preference.
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional) Adds a pop of color and freshness.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the diced mango, sliced cucumber, diced avocado, and blueberries.
  • Squeeze the juice of one lime over the salad, then sprinkle with salt to taste.
  • Gently toss the ingredients together until they are well mixed, taking care not to mash the avocado.
  • If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.

Serving

  • Serve immediately for a fresh delight, or refrigerate for up to an hour to enjoy it chilled.
