  • In a large bowl, combine the diced mango, shredded cabbage, sliced bell pepper, shredded carrots, and chopped cilantro. Toss gently to ensure an even distribution of ingredients.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to combine, making sure all the veggies are beautifully coated.
