Preparation

  • Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your pasta and cook until al dente, stirring occasionally.
  • While your pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season your sliced chicken with salt and pepper, and then add it to the skillet. Cook for about 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Once the chicken is cooked through, stir in the minced garlic and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for about 2 minutes.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
  • Drain the pasta and add it directly to the skillet with your creamy sauce. Toss until every noodle is coated.
  • Plate the pasta and garnish with fresh basil. Optional: sprinkle more Parmesan on top.
