  • 1 pkg. 8-ounce pkg. Cream Cheese (softened) Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup Full-Fat Sour Cream
  • 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 ounce Ranch Dressing Powder (in a packet)

Mix-Ins

  • 6 slices Bacon (cooked until crispy) For a smoky flavor, consider using smoked bacon.
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (grated) Can swap for different varieties like pepper jack.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 5 to 6 pieces Green Onions (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup Pickled Jalapenos (mild from a jar) Adjust the spice level by adding more or fewer jalapeños.

Preparation

  • Cook the bacon until crispy, set aside on paper towels, and cut into small pieces.
  • In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, cooked bacon, green onions, and pickled jalapenos until combined.
  • Taste and add pepper if needed.
  • Chill for at least an hour or serve immediately.

Serving

  • Serve in a bowl topped with extra bacon, green onions, and cheese. Enjoy with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.

Notes

To store leftover dip, place it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Before serving again, give it a good stir to bring back its creamy texture. Feel free to customize this dip with additional ingredients like diced tomatoes or avocado.
