Ingredients
  

For the Parmesan Cups

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use freshly grated for best results.

For the Filling

  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Use room temperature for better adherence.
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • to taste Croutons for garnish Add for extra crunch.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • On a parchment-lined baking sheet, place small mounds of grated Parmesan cheese, about 2-3 tablespoons each. Shape them into small cups.

Baking

  • Bake the cups for 5-7 minutes until the cheese bubbles and turns golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool until hardened.

Assembly

  • Mix the chopped romaine, diced tomatoes, and Caesar dressing in a bowl, folding gently.
  • Fill each cooled Parmesan cup with the Caesar salad mixture, packing lightly.

Serving

  • Garnish each cup with croutons and serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed warm right after preparation. For storage, keep in an airtight container lined with paper towels for up to 3 days.
