  • 1/4 cup Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice the kielbasa into thin, even pieces, making sure not to cut all the way through.
  • In a small bowl, mix mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  • Brush the mustard mixture generously over the kielbasa, making sure it gets into the cuts.

Cooking

  • Place the kielbasa on a baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and slightly crispy on the edges.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding different spices or herbs to the mustard mixture. If you like a little heat, consider adding some cayenne pepper. Make sure to slice the kielbasa evenly to ensure even cooking.
