Ingredients
  

For the Peanut Butter Mixture

  • 1 cup peanut butter Use creamy peanut butter for a smooth texture.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Add more for a sweeter flavor if desired.
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

For the Chocolate Coating

  • 1 cup chocolate chips Can use milk, dark, or white chocolate.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and cocoa powder until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into heart shapes and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze the hearts for about 30 minutes until firm.

Chocolate Coating

  • Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler.
  • Dip the frozen peanut butter hearts into the melted chocolate, coating them completely.
  • Place them back on the baking sheet and let the chocolate harden.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for several months. Use parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking.
