  • 1 pack Peanut butter pudding Prepare according to package instructions
  • 2 cups Whipped cream Use fat-free for a lighter version

Preparation

  • Layer peanut butter sandwich cookies at the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  • Prepare the peanut butter pudding according to the package instructions, whisking until smooth.
  • Spread a layer of peanut butter pudding over the cookies.
  • Add another layer of peanut butter sandwich cookies over the pudding.
  • Repeat layering cookies and pudding until the dish is full, finishing with a cookie layer.
  • Top with whipped cream and add chocolate shavings if desired.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  • Cut into squares and serve chilled.
