Glaze

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  • Chop the kielbasa, bell peppers, and onion into bite-sized pieces.

Cooking

  • Spread kielbasa, bell peppers, and onion on a large sheet pan in a single layer.
  • Drizzle the glaze generously over the top and toss to coat evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Remove from the oven when vegetables are tender and slightly charred.

Notes

To store leftovers, transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3-4 days. It can be frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
