Pasta and Sauce Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or your choice) Choose your favorite type; whole wheat or gluten-free options work beautifully too!
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil This adds a lovely richness to the dish—sometimes I even combine it with a splash of flavored oil for zing!
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced The star of our dish! Fresh garlic will make your kitchen smell heavenly.
  • 2 cups milk Use whole milk for creaminess; skim milk works too, just might not be as rich.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated is best! It melts beautifully and adds that addictive cheesy flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper Essential for bringing out all those scrumptious flavors.
  • as needed fresh parsley for garnish (optional) A pop of green makes everything feel fresh and lively!
