Preparation

  • In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Cooking

  • Add the pasta and milk to the pot, ensuring the pasta is covered.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook until the pasta is al dente and the milk has thickened.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

To store any leftovers, place the pasta in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When reheating, add a splash of milk to restore creaminess. You can also add cooked chicken, shrimp, or vegetables like spinach or cherry tomatoes for a heartier dish.
