  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups vegetable broth Can substitute with chicken broth or water.

Preparation

  • In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat, allowing it to become bubbly and fragrant, which should take about 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the minced garlic, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until golden and aromatic. Be careful not to let the garlic burn.
  • Pour in the vegetable broth and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring to combine.
  • Add the pasta and a pinch of salt to the pot, ensuring that the noodles are submerged in the liquid.
  • Cook until the pasta is al dente, approximately 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, remove the pot from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For freezing, place cooled pasta in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months.
