  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adjust based on your taste preference.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  • Slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
  • In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Baking

  • Place the zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Lightly spray the zucchini slices with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the zucchini.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, until they are crispy.
  • Let them cool and enjoy your healthy snack!

Notes

These zucchini chips can be served plain or with your favorite dip, such as hummus, ranch dressing, or salsa. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a few days or in the fridge for up to a week.
