  • 2 medium medium zucchinis Thinly sliced into rounds
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese For topping
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For flavor
  • to taste Salt For seasoning
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning
  • Olive oil spray For coating

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
  • In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Lay the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top of the zucchini slices.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store the chips in an airtight container at room temperature for best freshness. They are best enjoyed within a couple of days. Refrigerating may affect the crunch. For unique flavors, experiment with seasonings like paprika or Italian herbs.
