Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Husk the corn and carefully remove all silk. Rinse under cold water.
  • In a small bowl, mix the butter with chopped herbs, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  • Spread the herbed butter evenly over each ear of corn, coating them generously.
  • Wrap each ear of corn tightly in aluminum foil.
  • Place the wrapped corn directly on the oven rack or on a baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
  • Check for doneness; corn should be tender when pierced with a fork.

  • Carefully unwrap the corn, mindful of hot steam, and serve warm.
