Ingredients
  

For the marinade

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • to taste Salt and pepper

For the salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon Fresh salmon fillets are recommended.
  • for serving Lemon wedges

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, honey, salt, and pepper.
  • Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the marinade over the salmon fillets.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Make sure to not overcook the salmon. You can add herbs like dill or parsley for extra flavor. Try to use fresh salmon fillets for the best taste.
