For the cheesecake layer

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Use a handheld mixer for a smoother texture.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar This will sweeten the mixture.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Adds flavor.
  • 1 cup whipped topping Gently fold in to maintain light texture.

For the fruit layer

  • 4 pieces ripe peaches, diced Natural sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon Enhances flavor.

For the topping

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs Provides crunch.
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional) For added texture.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
  • In another bowl, combine the diced peaches with cinnamon. Mix gently to avoid mashing the peaches.

Assembly

  • In a serving dish, create a layer of cheesecake mixture at the bottom.
  • Add a layer of the peach mixture on top.
  • Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, ending with the peach layer on top for presentation.
  • Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs and pecans on top for added crunch.

Chilling

  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

Best served chilled in clear glass dishes or cups. Can garnish with mint leaves or honey for extra flavor. If you want to make it gluten-free, use gluten-free graham crackers.
