  • 1 cup Gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Butter, softened Ensure butter is softened but not melted.
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, sugar, and salt.
  • Add softened butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture.
  • Stir until well combined; the batter should be thick.
  • Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed warm but also tastes great at room temperature. You can dust with powdered sugar or drizzle chocolate for extra flair. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days, or freeze for up to three months.
