Ingredients
  

Vegetables

  • 1 small head green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 small head red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 large carrots, grated

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, add the finely shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, and grated carrots. Toss them together until evenly mixed.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture. Gently toss until all the vegetables are evenly coated with the dressing.
  • Cover the coleslaw and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled for the best flavor. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3-5 days.
