Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into squares, targeting 3x3-inch squares.
  • Place a piece of mozzarella cheese and some pepperoni in the center of each square.
  • Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  • Arrange the pizza bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.

Baking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Use parchment paper to prevent sticking. Experiment with different fillings. Keep dough chilled for easier handling. Brush with garlic butter instead of olive oil for added flavor. Seal edges well to prevent filling from escaping.
