  • 8 oz pasta Cook until al dente.
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped Any color bell pepper can be used.
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping.
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes), then drain thoroughly.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, chopped bell pepper, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  • Pour the pasta mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the top generously with grated Parmesan cheese.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden at the edges.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving to avoid burning your mouth!

Notes

Best enjoyed hot or warm. Pair with a side salad or garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the fridge.
