  • 2 cups Marshmallows Make sure they are fully melted
  • 1 cup Chocolate For coating; can use dark, milk, or white chocolate
  • 12 pieces Lollipop sticks
  • optional Sprinkles Add on top while chocolate is wet
  • optional Food coloring To match your theme

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree with melted marshmallows until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into molds and insert lollipop sticks.
  • Freeze the molds until the mixture is set, about 2-3 hours.

Coating

  • Melt the chocolate and dip each lollipop into it.
  • If you'd like, add sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
  • Let the lollipops harden before wrapping them individually.

Notes

Store the lollipops in an airtight container in a cool place. They can last for up to a week when stored properly. Refrigerate for extended storage, but allow them to come to room temperature before serving.
