Ingredients

For the Oreo Mixture

  • 1 package Oreo cookies (15.25 oz) Any flavor can be used for a twist.
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz) Ensure it’s softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice Combination of spices brings autumn flavor; can substitute with a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove.

For the Coating

  • 2 cups white chocolate, melted Use good-quality chocolate for better flavor.
  • 1/2 cup orange candy melts (optional) For drizzling on top.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Crush the Oreos in a food processor until you have fine crumbs. Alternatively, place them in a zip bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese and pumpkin pie spice using your hands until well blended.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off. Drizzle orange candy melts on top, if using.
  • Let the chocolate set before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened before mixing. Don’t rush the chilling time for best results. Experiment with toppings like crushed nuts or sprinkles for extra flair.
