  • 1-2 Tbsp honey Start with one tablespoon and adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 1 tsp dried thyme Fresh thyme works beautifully too.
  • black pepper (freshly cracked) A few cracks elevate the dip.

Optional Ingredients

  • fresh thyme For garnish; enhances flavor.
  • chopped walnuts Toasted for added nuttiness; optional for nut-free diets.
  • extra honey drizzle Adds a lovely touch just before serving.
  • crusty, toasted bread (like sourdough or baguette) Thick slices capture more dip goodness.
  • crackers Sturdy, whole-grain crackers for texture.

Instructions
 

Make Whipped Feta

  • Add the feta cheese and Greek yogurt to a food processor. Blend until smooth and fluffy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Mix in the Goodness

  • Toss in the pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper. Blend until thoroughly combined.

Chill Out

  • Transfer the mixture to the fridge, cover it, and chill for 30-60 minutes.

Final Touches

  • Scoop into a serving bowl, sprinkle with walnuts and fresh thyme, drizzle with honey, and add more black pepper.
