  • 2 cups Marinara sauce Ensure to use plenty to keep noodles moist
  • 15 oz Ricotta cheese Can substitute with cottage cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese For topping
  • 1 cup Ground beef or sausage Optional protein addition
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese For sprinkling on top
  • 2 large Eggs To bind the ingredients
  • 2 cups Spinach or other vegetables Optional additions
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning For flavoring
  • to taste tsp Salt and pepper For seasoning

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the instant ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Assembly

  • In a baking dish, layer ramen noodles, marinara sauce, ricotta mixture, and any additional ingredients like ground meat or vegetables.
  • Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve with a side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal. Customize with your favorite vegetables or proteins. Allow to cool before slicing for best results.
