Ingredients
  

For the Marinade

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

For the Skewers

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed Use pre-cut for convenience.
  • Wooden skewers Soaked in water if grilling.

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir well until fully integrated.
  • Add the cubed chicken breast to the marinade. Make sure each piece is thoroughly coated, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator, or up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor.

Grilling

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for around 375°F.
  • Once marinated, thread the chicken onto the soaked wooden skewers, ensuring not to overcrowd them for even cooking.
  • Season the skewers generously with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning them occasionally. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.

Notes

For an appealing presentation, arrange skewers on a large platter and garnish with fresh herbs. Pairs well with grilled vegetables, coleslaw, or light salads. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
