Ingredients
  

Pretzel Crust

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

Cream Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it's at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping For a lighter texture.

Jello Layer

  • 1 package (6 oz) raspberry jello Can use other flavors if desired.
  • 2 cups boiling water To dissolve the jello.
  • 2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen) For a fruity contrast.

Instructions
 

Prepare the Pretzel Crust

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tablespoons of sugar until well combined.
  • Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant. Allow the crust to cool completely.

Create the Cream Layer

  • In another bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is well combined.
  • Spread this cream cheese layer over the cooled pretzel crust with a spatula for an even layer.

Prepare the Raspberry Jello

  • In a separate bowl, dissolve the raspberry jello in 2 cups of boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
  • Allow it to cool slightly before gently folding in the raspberries.
  • Carefully pour the jello mixture over the cream cheese layer, ensuring it covers the entire surface.

Set and Serve

  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, or until the jello is fully set.
  • Serve it chilled, cut into squares.

Notes

This dessert can be made a day in advance and stored properly in the refrigerator. For an elegant touch, consider garnishing with fresh mint or additional whipped cream when serving.
