Garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a mini muffin tin.

Mix the Cake Batter

  • In a bowl, mix the red velvet cake mix, melted butter, and egg until well combined.

Fill the Muffin Cups

  • Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture into each muffin cup.

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture

  • In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Dollop and Swirl

  • Place a small dollop of the cream cheese mixture on top of the cake batter in each muffin cup.

Bake to Perfection

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
