  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz) Make sure it's at room temperature for easier blending.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container whipped topping (8 oz)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk Can add a splash for creaminess if mixture is too thick.

For the crust

  • 1 package graham cracker crumbs Use a food processor for uniform size.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted) Ensure it is well mixed with the cracker crumbs.

For the toppings

  • 2 cups strawberries (sliced) Fresh, for a colorful decoration.
  • 2 cups blueberries Fresh, to complement the strawberries.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, usually taking about 2-3 minutes with a hand mixer.
  • Fold in the whipped topping until well combined, ensuring no lumps remain.
  • In another bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  • Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a serving dish, using the back of a measuring cup for a compact and even crust.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust, reaching all the corners.
  • Layer the sliced strawberries and blueberries on top for a colorful decoration, making sure to cover the surface completely.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy chilled for the best flavor!

Notes

For best results, serve chilled. Add a sprinkle of mint or edible glitter for garnish on festive occasions. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
