  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each.
  • Press a Reese's Egg into the center of each dough ball.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
