  • 1 lb sausage (any variety, sliced)
  • 1/2 head cabbage (sliced)
  • 1 unit onion (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
  • Optional: soy sauce or other preferred sauce

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
  • Add the onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in the sliced cabbage, and cook until it's tender but still crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes or sauce.
  • Toss everything together and let cook for another couple of minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Use a variety of sausages for different flavors, and feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots. Adjust the seasoning to taste. For a vegetarian version, use plant-based sausage or more vegetables.
