  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
  • Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • Carefully place the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Reduce the heat to medium, add minced garlic, and sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken and allow it to enhance the flavor.

Finishing Touches

  • Remove the skillet from heat and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with roasted vegetables or creamy mashed potatoes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
