Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 1 package sugar cookie dough Use store-bought for convenience.

For the cream cheese layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Allow to soften for easier mixing.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the topping

  • Assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, etc.) Use seasonal fruits for best flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Spread the sugar cookie dough onto a pizza pan and bake according to package instructions until golden. Allow to cool.

Cream Cheese Layer

  • In a bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie.

Topping

  • Slice the assorted fresh fruits and arrange them on top of the cream cheese layer.

Serving

  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a little extra sweetness, drizzle honey over the fruit before serving. You can customize it by adding fruit-flavored yogurt instead of cream cheese.
