  • 2 packs Ramen noodles Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil For sautéing garlic.
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced) Adjust according to preference.
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce Use tamari if gluten-free.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or sugar For sweetness.
  • 2 stalks Green onions (sliced) For garnish.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds For garnish.

Preparation

  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.

Sauce and Combine

  • Add soy sauce and honey (or sugar) to the pan, stirring to combine.
  • Toss the cooked ramen noodles in the sauce until evenly coated.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Serve hot in bowls and add extra toppings like boiled eggs, vegetables, or chili flakes for added spice. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
