Preparation

  • Thinly shave the Brussels sprouts using a sharp knife or a mandoline.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shaved Brussels sprouts, dried cranberries, diced apples, and toasted pecans.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss everything together until well mixed.
  • Serve immediately or let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
