  • 2 cups broccoli florets Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1-2 pieces chicken sausages, sliced Use your preferred flavor
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For tossing the ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For added flavor
  • to taste Salt and pepper To season the dish
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese For topping
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese For additional flavor on top

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the tortellini, broccoli, sliced chicken sausage, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well coated.

Baking

  • Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan, ensuring the ingredients aren’t overcrowded.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the broccoli is tender and the tortellini is heated through.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously on top.
  • Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes
