Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Garnish

  • 2 pieces green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Preparation

  • Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken thighs and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  • In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, reduce the heat to low and pour the sauce over the chicken, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm in a skillet over low heat, adding a splash of water if needed.
