Ingredients
  

Ham and Glaze

  • 1 piece fully cooked ham Boneless ham is easier to slice.
  • 1 cup brown sugar Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 cup honey Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard Can substitute with whole grain or spicy mustard.
  • 1/4 cup apple juice For a citrus twist, replace some with orange juice.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the ham in the crockpot.
  • In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and apple juice.
  • Pour the mixture over the ham.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until heated through.

Serving

  • Slice the ham and drizzle the glaze from the slow cooker over each serving.
  • Serve with sides like mashed potatoes, green beans, or a fresh salad.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 months. Let the ham sit for a few minutes after cooking before slicing to retain its juices.
