Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider, and ground cloves.
  • Place the ham in the slow cooker and pour the mixture over it.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until heated through.
  • Baste with the juices occasionally.

Serving

  • Once done, remove the ham, let it rest, and serve.

Notes

Leftover Slow Cooker Ham can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For longer storage, wrap slices tightly in plastic wrap and place them in a freezer-safe bag; it can last up to 3 months in the freezer. You can also adjust the glaze ingredients to taste, and adding basting during cooking helps keep the ham moist.
