  • Place the smoked turkey wings on a baking sheet or in an oven-safe dish.
  • Cover the wings with aluminum foil and add a splash of chicken broth or water.
  • Bake the wings for 25-30 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Microwave Reheating

  • Place the turkey wings on a microwave-safe plate.
  • Cover them with a damp paper towel to retain moisture.
  • Heat on medium power in 1-2 minute intervals, checking the internal temperature after each session.

Grilling for Extra Flavor

  • Preheat your grill or smoker to medium heat (around 300°F/150°C).
  • Place the wings directly on the grates or in a smoker-safe tray.
  • Heat for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they’re hot and slightly crispy.

Notes

For crispy skin, use a broiler after reheating for 2-3 minutes and brush with oil or butter before broiling.
