Base Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi rice Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1 lb Shrimp (cooked and crispy) Ensure shrimp is crispy for the best texture.
  • 1 large Avocado (sliced)
  • 1 large Cucumber (sliced)

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha or spicy mayo Mix with soy sauce for zesty sauce.

Garnish Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds For topping.
  • 4 sheets Nori sheets (optional) Helps hold the stacks together.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce with Sriracha or spicy mayo to create a zesty sauce.

Layering

  • Layer sushi rice at the bottom of a serving dish.
  • Add a layer of crispy shrimp on top of the rice.
  • Place avocado and cucumber slices over the shrimp.
  • Drizzle with the zesty sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  • If desired, place a piece of nori on top to hold the stacks together.
  • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Serve immediately after assembling for the best experience. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within a day to avoid sogginess. You can provide extra soy sauce or spicy mayo on the side for dipping.
