Ingredients
  

For the filling

  • 10 oz Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained Squeeze out excess moisture for a perfect filling!
  • 8 oz Artichoke Hearts, drained and finely chopped Brings a lovely tang and heartiness to each bite!
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise Consider using homemade or organic for an extra wholesome touch.
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream Adds a delightful tangy flavor.
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature Makes the filling rich and velvety.
  • 12-14 pieces Wonton Wrappers Available in the refrigerated section of grocery stores.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Each bite needs a sprinkle of this!
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder Gives depth and a cozy aroma.
  • Salt and Pepper Essential seasonings To taste.
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced For a lovely punch and warmth.
  • Cooking Spray Just a light mist To prevent sticking and create crispiness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Press one wonton wrapper into each cup of a muffin tin, lightly spray with cooking spray and bake for 5 minutes.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Mix until evenly combined.

Filling and Baking

  • Scoop the spinach and artichoke mixture into the wonton cups, filling them generously.
  • Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the wontons are golden brown and crispy.

Serving

  • Let the cups cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.

Notes

Squeeze out excess water from spinach to prevent sogginess. You can prepare the filling a day in advance for quicker assembly. For best texture, serve fresh out of the oven.
