Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, and garlic. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Form the mixture into evenly sized meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
  • Place meatballs and broccoli florets on a lined baking sheet, spreading them out.

Sauce Preparation

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, and ginger until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Drizzle the sauce generously over the meatballs and broccoli, ensuring both are well-coated.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through and broccoli is tender-crisp.

Serving

  • Serve meatballs and broccoli over cooked rice or noodles.
  • Garnish with additional green onions or sesame seeds for better presentation.

Notes
