Ingredients
  

Cake Base

  • 1 can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 2 cups strawberries fresh or frozen, hulled and halved
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted or thinly sliced
  • brown sugar optional
  • cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Spread pineapple in the bottom of a greased baking dish. Scatter strawberries on top.
  • Sprinkle cake mix evenly over the fruit — no stirring needed.
  • Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix or dot with slices. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon if using.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45–50 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding coconut flakes, blueberries, or a splash of Henny for a boozy twist. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream for the perfect finish.
